Created an extension using storage area under the house by taking down outer wall digging out, installing steelwork to create an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner on the lower ground floor. Installing bifold doors leading out to the garden. We installed a oak staircase internally as well as a first floor balcony with glass balustrading. Outside we created a large patio area with paving slabs.
